Beer Batter Dip
Fry in hot oil in batches until golden brown.
Beer batter dip. Press meat or vegetables into flour to coat shaking off excess. Place crackers and remaining flour in separate shallow bowls. In a large bowl whisk together the flour sugar salt and baking powder.
Continue mixing until you have a sticky batter. Serve hot and enjoy. Dont stir whisk or mix.
Using a wooden spoon mix the beer and the honey into the dry ingredients. Once the batter is together dredge and dip the food right away and add to a pot of hot oil to fry. Drain on paper towels and season immediately with salt.
